
A Song for Every CMO
While we still aren’t able to gather in-person the way we’d like, Spotify Advertising created a way to celebrate the CMOs we’d normally network with at industry events like Cannes, CES, or SXSW. And we did it in a very Spotify way: In song. We created songs for the CMOs of Intuit, Kimberly-Clark, CVS, Indeed, and Frito-Lay that are fun, cheeky, and light-hearted. Each song is tailored to be about them and their brand and we have formulated a playlist that lives on-platform: https://bit.ly/sfecmo
My Role: Project Lead: Responsible for creative concept, development, execution, marketing strategy, and agency management.
Cross-functional Partners: Communications & PR, Music Marketing, Legal/Licensing, Artist & Label Partnerships, Brand & Creative.
Objective: To create a buzz-worthy moment that will be shareable amongst the advertising community and their own organization, engaging with our top CMO clients in a unique way, and showcasing Spotify's playful side and that Spotify Advertising is the go-to place for best-in-class audio creativity.
